Schnupper dates April -June; Alumni; Grad.event-review

Schnupper dates April/May 2009: On Fri./Sat., April 24/25 our MBA VII starts with Prof. Reimers with the Managerial Economics module. On May 8/9 Robin Miller from the Uni Lancasshire will do part 2 and the part 3 of the module is on May 15/16. The examination is on June 5, 9-10.30 hours (at the beginning of the Int. Marketing module).

NEW: June-July Schupper dates: Next module is International Marketing 1 with Prof. Freidank: it starts on the Fri./Sat. June 5/6. The second unit is Fri./Sat. June 19/20 and the last unit is Fri./Sat. July 10/11. We have lecturing and interesting guests: June 19/20 B. Reuter/M. Hoffmann. On July 11 we have a guest from France: François Pitti, Head Strategic Alliances at Alcatel-Lucent.

Review: April 17, 2009: Like our MBA IV last year, the MBA V course decided to have its graduation at Schloss Romrod. The 16 students with their wifes & partners decided for a short official part and a real party in the "Gewölbekeller" of the castle. Our TH Vice-president Prof. Dr. Schumann-Luck, our faculty dean Prof. Dr. Susanne Müller, our program director Prof. Jan Freidank, the program coordinator and our MBA Alumni association board (D. Koch) did the official part with speaches, graduation ceremony and the handover of the Master caps. The students made a graduation book, a slideshow and a graduation song with nice hints to the time of their studies in the past. Alumni Network meeting: on May 8, 2009, at the Friedberg Hotel/Restaurant Goldenes Fass 6.30 pm, crisis-management was the topic (HP company -experience: every crisis is also an opportunity.
The next possibility to meet our Alumni is Sept. 25/26 in Worms at the 2-day Alumni-event.
